We’re Hiring – Full-Time Front of House / Bar Team Member in Warwick
Are you friendly, confident and passionate about providing great customer service? The Fourpenny is looking for a full-time Front of House / Bar team member to join our team in Warwick.
We’re an independent hotel, pub and restaurant close to the heart of Warwick, welcoming a great mix of local customers, hotel guests and visitors to the town. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and would like to become part of our busy hospitality team.
About the Role
As a Front of House / Bar team member, you’ll play an important part in making sure our customers receive the friendly and welcoming service The Fourpenny is known for.
The role will involve working across our bar and front-of-house areas, serving customers, taking orders and helping the team keep everything running smoothly during both quieter periods and busy services.
No two days are quite the same in hospitality, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a lively environment and is happy to get involved wherever needed.
Who We’re Looking For
Previous bar, pub, restaurant or hospitality experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t the only thing we’re looking for.
For us, attitude and personality are just as important. We’d like to hear from someone who is:
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident dealing with customers
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to remain organised during busy periods
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service
- Willing to learn and get involved
- Passionate about good food, drink and hospitality
If you already have experience working behind a bar or within a restaurant, pub or hotel environment, that’s great. However, if you have the right attitude and are keen to develop your hospitality experience, we’d still like to hear from you.

The Fourpenny is a small, owner-operated hotel, pub and restaurant situated at 27–29 Crompton Street, Warwick, just minutes from Warwick town centre.
Our bar offers an ever-changing selection of real ales alongside craft lagers, ciders, wines and spirits, while our restaurant serves seasonal food ranging from traditional pub favourites to daily specials and Sunday roasts.
Being a hotel as well as a pub and restaurant means we welcome a wide variety of customers, from Warwick locals and regulars to tourists and guests staying with us while visiting the town.
