We’re making the most of every second.

This isn’t just a seasonal addition to the menu — it’s a five-week celebration of one of the finest ingredients the UK has to offer. Freshly harvested, full of flavour, and at its absolute peak, English asparagus deserves to be treated simply, confidently, and with a touch of fire.

Week One: Over the Fire

We begin where flavour is at its boldest.

Chargrilled English asparagus, kissed by flame and finished with a rich, nutty romesco. Crispy capers bring a sharp, salty crunch that cuts through the smoke — a balance of textures and flavours that lets the asparagus take centre stage.
